- Victoria Woodards has been proud to call the “City of Destiny” her home for nearly her entire life and is a proud graduate of Lincoln High School. Victoria then served as a soldier in the US Army, stationed at Fort Lewis. For over two decades, Victoria has served as a passionate leader in our community in many ways. Victoria is the President of the Tacoma Metropolitan Park Board, a graduate of the American Leadership Forum, and Assistant to former Councilmember and Tacoma Mayor Harold Moss and currently to Pierce County Councilmember Tim Farrell. Victoria has served as the lead producer of Ethnic Fest for the past 10 years, is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Washington State History Museum and sits on the board of the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation Grants Distribution Committee. Victoria is also the former chairwoman of the Washington State Commission of African American Affairs, chairwoman of the Joint Municipal Action Committee, and the choir director of Allen AME Church.
